The University standard telephone is the Polycom VVX600 and is fully compatible with Skype for Business. As far as I know this is possible with call forwarding and response groups but I there are 2 problems: 1. The call is immediately forwarded to the phone number entered by the user. The user has call forwarding activated on his phone. It’s very helpful from time to time to have a ability as admin to change these two settings for an user which might be unable to do this.
